How to request exchange:
Within 3-4 days of receiving your order, you need to send an email at info@cottontrendy.com or Whatsapp us at given number, your order number and mentioning the items you wish to exchange. You can exchange your product within 7 days after you receive and delivery charges for exchange will be INR 100. You will have to return the product under the name of Cotton Trendy at our address through any courier service. Our Social media support team will be available 24×7 to assist you in return process.
In case of refund your payment will be sent via any online transfer method.
